Thickness Variability Testing
Utilizing our proprietary PR2000 Precision Profiler, SolveTech is able to deliver the most precise and repeatable results for a film’s thickness and variability. These services will provide a report, the Excel data and SolveTech’s analysis of the material.

Plastic Film Density Testing
Using our gas pycnometer, we deliver the density of your plastic film quickly and for a reasonable price.
Density testing can also be incorporated into part of our NIST traceable calibration procedure for the PR2000.
Note, this method may not work well on porous films due to the nature of how the instrument operates.
